Paid Product Designer Internship
You have a strong creative mind and are passionate about product, furniture and lighting design.
You have R&D experience, a strong eye for detail and master Rhino & Keyshot at a very high level.
Soren Rose Studio is a 8 person multidisciplinary design studio, we work with clients around the world, we value teamwork and professionalism in everything we do. We reside in what might be the most cozy studio space in Copenhagen.
You will join our team in Copenhagen from the beginning of 2023 for approximately 6 months.
Our goal is that the program will enable the individual to follow a product/design from idea to final design, from previous experience with interns we know this goal is possible.
We are trying to give our interns more insight into the industry, revealing royalty contracts, manufactures, direct communication with the brands we work with so that they are prepared for this once they finish their studies.
The Intern will be assigned to relevant design projects from the beginning of the program and work very independently with these following all the necessary steps to create a commercially viable product/design under guidance and direction from the team.
The Intern will be Communicating with manufactures and partners and learning how to pitch a design idea to a potential client. Furthermore, you will get a deeper understanding and learn all aspects of how a small design studio works. And defiantly get a lot of practice in using relevant 3D programs.
The Intern will work on new interesting projects, as well as seeing some of the designs turn into prototypes and finished products.
Soren Rose Studio will reimburse the Intern for their Airplane ticket, VISA application, Embassy fees, entertainment, daily lunch and excursions during the stay. The studio will also pay a contribution for living expenses. All other expenses will be carried by the Intern.
